Starting from not eating vegetables and fruit (95.5%), lack of physical activity (33.5%), obesity (52.8%), and active smokers (29.3%). Not to mention the impact of Post Covid-19 where sufferers have a risk of cardiovascular complications and Alzheimer’s. Sedentary lifestyle such as sedentary lifestyle which triggers obesity can also contribute to the emergence of critical illness.

The Importance of Early Detection of Critical Illness

To avoid critical illness, you can actually take early prevention, such as implementing clean and healthy living habits. Not only that, early detection of PTM or critical illness can also be done regularly. Starting from early detection of hypertension, blood sugar checks to detect diabetes, and medical check-ups to see whether there are symptoms of chronic disease or not.

If you detect cancer early, for example, it can increase life expectancy by up to 98%. Early detection of heart failure can increase the life expectancy of sufferers or patients. In addition, early detection of critical illness can also reduce the risk of greater financial leaks in the future.
